Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection.
  2. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  4. Assist with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in compensation.
  5. Address payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  6. Coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
  7. Maintain records of training sessions and employee participation.
  8. Manage work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
  9. Stay updated on changes to work permit policies and communicate relevant information to management and employees.
  10. Research and leverage government grants and funding opportunities related to workforce development.
  11. Ensure company policies and practices comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  12. Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  13. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  2. Strong understanding of Singapore labour laws and work pass processes.
  3. Experience in conducting labor market surveys is an advantage.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
