Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- 1 green onion (cut into sections)
- 3 slices of ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic (lightly crushed)
- 1 cucumber (julienned)
- Coriander (optional)
Sauce Ingredients:
- Chopped chili peppers
- Minced garlic
- Chili flakes
- White sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Instructions:
- Cook the Chicken:
- Place the chicken breast in a pot of cold water, add green onion, ginger, and garlic.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the chicken, let it cool, then shred it into thin strips.
- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Julienne the cucumber and chop cilantro (if you like it).
- Make the Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine chopped chili peppers, minced garlic, chili flakes, and white sesame seeds.
- Add soy sauce, black vinegar, oyster sauce, and sugar, then mix well.
- Assemble the Salad:
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cucumber, and cilantro.
- Pour the sauce over the ingredients and toss well.
- Serve!
