Operation Manager Recommended – Shredded Chicken Salad

“Sitting in the office, eating 100kg without worrying about getting fat. -Although I can’t eat 100kg.”

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast
  • 1 green onion (cut into sections)
  • 3 slices of ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic (lightly crushed)
  • 1 cucumber (julienned)
  • Coriander (optional)

Sauce Ingredients:

  • Chopped chili peppers 
  • Minced garlic
  • Chili flakes
  • White sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp black vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken:
    • Place the chicken breast in a pot of cold water, add green onion, ginger, and garlic.
    • Bring to a boil, then simmer on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
    • Remove the chicken, let it cool, then shred it into thin strips.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Julienne the cucumber and chop cilantro (if you like it).
  3. Make the Sauce:
    • In a bowl, combine chopped chili peppers, minced garlic, chili flakes, and white sesame seeds.
    • Add soy sauce, black vinegar, oyster sauce, and sugar, then mix well.
  4. Assemble the Salad:
    • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cucumber, and cilantro.
    • Pour the sauce over the ingredients and toss well.
  5. Serve!
