Production Manager Recommended – Roasted Chicken Wings

“There’s no problem a chicken wing can’t solve. If one isn’t enough, then two will do.”

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Honey
  • Bbq sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Wings:
    • Marinate the chicken wings with some salt
  2. Roasting:
    • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
    • Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top.
    • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack 
  3. Bake:
    • Roast for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
    • If needed, broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
    • While roasting, you can brush barbecue sauce on the chicken wings according to your preference.
  4. Serve!

*If you don’t have an oven at home, just use an air fryer!
