- 1 whole chicken
- 1 tbsp salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Rinse the whole chicken and pat dry.
- Rub the entire chicken (inside and outside) evenly with salt. Let it rest for 15–30 minutes for better flavour.
- Steam the Chicken:
- Place the chicken on a heatproof plate.
- Set up a steamer and bring the water to a boil.
